Julie Schall is the Administrative and Technology Team Coordinator with Virginia Commonwealth University’s Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) National Training and Data Center (NTDC) in the School of Education’s Department of Counseling and Special Education – Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC).

Since 2000, Ms. Schall has managed the administrative functions for the RRTC’s multi-million dollar grants funded by the Social Security Administration including the State Partnership Initiative, Benefits Assistance Resource Center, Youth Transition Demonstration Project, Benefits Offset National Demonstration Project, and the WIPA NTDC.

Prior to her employment at the NTDC, Ms. Schall worked for eight years providing administrative management and support with several private sector and other non-profit, grant-funded agencies.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
