Juyoung Lee is the Web Programmer and Data Analyst with Virginia Commonwealth University’s Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) National Training and Data Center (NTDC) in the School of Education’s Department of Counseling and Special Education – Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC).

Prior to his employment at the NTDC, Juyoung worked as a Web Accessibility Assistant at San Francisco State University's Disability Programs and Resource Center. In addition, through a program funded by the National Science Foundation (CS4SF), he worked as a Java Teaching Assistant for San Francisco Unified School District.

He has a Bachelor's in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
