Jaime Head is a Training and Technical Assistance Associate for the VCU National Training and Data Center. She has been working in the field of benefits planning since 2008 for WIPA and Employment Network projects throughout the country assisting individuals with disabilities who want to increase their financial independence through work.

Jaime has been advocating for inclusion and accessibility for and with individuals with disabilities in various settings since 1994. She has a Bachelor’s degree in communications as well as in recreation, and previously worked in adaptive recreation and outdoor programming. Jaime’s passion lies in empowering people to be as independent as they can be and gain access to the necessary tools to achieve their goals.

When not working, Jaime enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors and paddling the many lakes and rivers in her area.
